It seems Sivayya stayed with Bhagavan for about a year or so, then went to Courtallam, and when he again came to Bhagavan about 1909 or 1910, he brought a coconut kamandalam, the first Bhagavan ever used. Bhagavan took out the picture in the book ‘WUQ ®_Vm’ (Ramana Vijayam) in which there is a picture of Bhagavan sitting on a rock, holding this particular kamandalam in his right hand and resting his left hand on his left thigh.
